SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television scanned, which is carried out by computer system by means of color image television camera based on annular photodetector made according to technology of charge coupled device (CCD). Result is achieved due to the double decrease in the frequency of element-by-element charge transfer in the annular line by performing the output of annular register in the form of two annular registers.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of the photodetector energy consumption.
