FIELD: surveillance systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic computer monitoring, which is performed by a color TV camera with all-round view in an area close to a hemisphere, id est in a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in angle of elevation, using a single “ring” photodetector made using charge-coupled device (CCD) technology. Result is achieved due to the double decrease in the frequency of element-by-element charge transfer in the annular line by performing the output of annular register in the form of two annular registers.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of the photodetector energy consumption.
