SUBSTANCE: in the television camera of the colour image for panoramic computer observation, an aperture formation block (AFB) is introduced, the information input of which is connected to the output of the reset pulse unit of the "circular" scan, synchronizing the input of the AFB - to the corresponding output "circular" scan block, and the output of the AFB - to the second control input of the "circle" scan block, wherein the area of light-sensitive elements on the photodetector target coincident with the area of the corresponding windows of the mosaic colour filter, and the square of the corresponding shielded elements on the photodetector target is different from row to row, increasing in the direction along the "circle" row when moving towards the outer periphery to a maximum value not exceeding the pixel area of its "circle" register.
EFFECT: alignment of the television camera image resolution abilities.
