FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: way of specimen classification in one of the classes is carried out on the ground of the spectrum data. The spectrum data comprise the Raman spectrum, the neighbor infrared spectrum, the IR-Fourier spectrum, the mass-spectrum MALDI or the time-of-flight mass-spectrum MALDI. The method comprises stages, where: a) one gets at a minimum two sets of the first spectra to use in the capacity of the comparison spectra. Every set has the reference patterns spectra that belong to one and the same class. b) for every comparison spectrum one determines the value of one and the same at a minimum one quantity, connected with the spectral mark through the application of the predefined function or operation to every comparison spectrum. c) for every comparison spectrum assembly one constructs the probability-density function (PDF) value of the mentioned at a minimum one quantity by means of the probability and different values of the quantity linkage with reference to the determined at the stage b) values. d) one gets the spectrum from the specimen and defines the value of one and the same quantity of this spectrum. e) one computes the probability of the specimen belonging to this class on the ground of the determined at the c) stage PDF set and the value of the quantity for the obtained spectrum for every mentioned class. The comparison spectra and the derived from the specimen spectrum are the single particles spectra.
EFFECT: guarantee the possibility of upgrading the efficiency and reliability of specimen classification.
