SUBSTANCE: plant comprises the engine with the transmission, connected to the airplane propeller, having blades rotatable about their axes and connected to the blade rotation control system with the ability to change the angle of the blades to provide the constant angle of attack in each cross section of all blades. The airplane propeller includes the hub with rotable bushings mounted on it, on which the blades are fixed. Each rotable bushing has the crank, connected to the blade rotation control system.
EFFECT: propeller thrust maximum force provision.
