FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation, in particular to the construction of light gyroplanes. Ultralight foldable gyroplane consists of gyroplane main rotor, bearing structure with tail section, pilot's station, nose propulsion power plant with tractor rotor and landing gear. Propulsion power plant is hingedly suspended to a double or single lever for controlling the angle of attack and the roll of gyroplane rotor rotation plane and is provided with the possibility of changing the direction of the thrust vector of the propulsion rotor in the vertical plane by rotating the propulsion power plant body in the hinge fittings of the suspension. Longitudinal mobility of the lever for controlling the angle of attack and the gyroplane rotor rotation plane relative to the hinge of the rotor hub is limited by the lock and is blocked by the thrust force of the propulsion rotor. Freedom to change the angle of attack and the gyroplane rotor rotation plane is ensured by the freedom to change the direction of the thrust vector of the propulsion rotor in the vertical plane relative to the assemblies of the hinged suspension of the power plant.
EFFECT: improved take-off and landing performance and expansion of the operational capabilities of the gyroplane are provided.
