FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: external wall panel includes an external concrete layer and an internal concrete layer and a thermal insulation layer, which are interconnected by ties. The ties are made in the form of rigid brackets of a polymeric material, one end of which is mountingly attached to the reinforcement of the internal layer and fixed in the same layer with concrete, and the second end is attached to the reinforcement of the external layer and fixed with concrete in the same layer. A method of the external wall panel application is also described.
EFFECT: increasing heat-protective properties, with periodically turning on a vacuum pump and reducing operating costs.
