Method of making a construction panel comprises pouring foamed concrete into a mold, wherein before pouring on mold bottom on its entire surface matrix is installed with ribs top and cellular concrete is laid, after which shape is turned through 180°, having previously installed cover on it, matrix is removed and a layer of heavy concrete is fed into its place.
