SUBSTANCE: mould has a tray with edges, cover engaged with the latter through a flexible spacer, and a replaceable filter cell. The filter cell is positioned in the middle part of the mould, made of open-porous heat-insulating material, and has a dimension corresponding to the dimension of one of the layers of the fabricated product.
