FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of armaments and, in particular, to the means of initiation – low-voltage semiconductor electric detonators, and can be used as a small-sized weapon for initiating ammunition. Electric detonator contains a body with terminals. Inside the case there is a charge of explosive, initiator with terminals, three or more keys, made in the form of microelectric systems – MEMS keys. These keys are open in the initial position and are provided with the possibility of operation under overload. Electronic time block provides the possibility of counting the time of the overload. One of the MEMS keys is located in such a way, that the contact closure is provided under the effect of an overload exceeding the threshold level acting along the longitudinal axis of the electric detonator. One of the contacts of this MEMS key is connected to the electric detonator's current lead. Other contact is connected to the input of the electronic time block. Other two or more MEMS keys are electrically connected in series and arranged in such a way, that the closing of contacts is provided under the action of a centrifugal force when the electric detonator rotates about the longitudinal axis. These MEMS keys are arranged around the rotational axis of the electric detonator, preferably diametrically opposite. Chain of MEMS keys connected in series is connected to one side of the electronic time block by one side and connected to the electrical outlet of the initiator by the other side.
EFFECT: increase reliability and safety of a small electric detonator.
