FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: initiation device has a body with current leads, explosive charge, an initiator with electric leads, two MEMS switches made in the form of micro-electromechanical systems open in the initial position triggered under the action of overload, an electronic time unit counting time of overload action exceeding threshold level and forming electric pulse at the output if the duration of the overload action exceeds the threshold level of a certain time value. One of MEMS switches is arranged so that closing of contacts is effected under the overload exceeding the threshold level acting along longitudinal axis of the initiation device, and the second MEMS switch is arranged so that closing of contacts is carried out under the action of centrifugal force during the rotation of the initiation device about the longitudinal axis. One of contacts of MEMS switch operating under action of longitudinal overload is connected to the current lead of the initiation device, and the other contact is connected to the input of the electronic-time unit which output is connected to one of the contacts of the MEMS switch operating under the action of centrifugal force, the other contact of which is connected to the electric load of the initiator.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase safety of initiation device in service handling.
