METHOD LOW INVASIVE BALLOON TAMPONADE OF PELVIS IN CASE OF CONTINUED INTRAPELVIC VENOUS BLEEDING AFTER TRAUMATIC INJURY OF PELVIC RING Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B17/00 A61M31/00 A61M29/00

Abstract RU 2633910 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: balloon devices are introduced to stop the venous intra-pelvic bleeding under local anesthesia with sup-pubic access through a trocar puncture into lateral intrapelciv cell spaces. After installation in the damage area, both balloon devices are filled simultaneously with physiological solution until the hemostatic effect is achieved. The ends of the balloon devices on the skin are hemmed. After at least 24 hours, the balloon devices are pulled out by traction by a catheter tube under local anesthesia, by evacuating the balloon contents. The wound is sutured in layers.

EFFECT: stop of continuing venous intrapelvic bleeding.
