Also, the ratio of the number of research organizations and manufacturing companies among the first 10-20 rights holders selected by the maximum number of patent documents for the research trend, possessed by them. Comparison of the dynamics of the filing of patent applications and the dynamics of patent granting, the dynamics of grant financing in the research trend.
EFFECT: automatization of evaluating process for research projects or research areas in the subject area of "biomedicine" for their compliance with the international standard of research through the use of a set of evaluation criteria with quantitative parameters.
