FIELD: satisfaction of human life necessities.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to scientific methods and systems for analysis of data on research projects in order to identify a promising project in the field of "biomedicine" from the point of view of technification of its result by the maximum number of points scored by the criteria being evaluated and ranking for several evaluated projects for increase or decrease of the points mentioned. A set of "evaluation" criteria is used with quantitative parameters, which are suggested to be evaluated as: the dynamics of patent (inventive) activity; the growth of patent (or inventive) activity in developed or leading countries; ratio of the number of patent applications to the number of valid patents. Also, the dynamics of patent applications filing and the dynamics of patent granting are compared; the ratio of the number of scientific research organizations and manufacturing companies among the first 10-20 rightholders selected according to the maximum number of patent documents available to them in the direction of research; the ratio of numbers of foreign and national applicants for patent documents; presenceof authors of patent documents of various rightholders on the project subject; dynamics of grant financing in the direction of the study.

EFFECT: automation of the scientific research projects evaluation process.
