FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in the first delivery period, the puncture site is anesthetized with a solution of bupivacaine 0.5%. The subdural space is then punctured with a spinal needle at the level L3-4, L4-5 by median access, using an isobaric solution of bupivacaine 0.5% in doses of 0.8-1.2 ml as a local anesthetic. At that, the woman after the puncture remains lying on her side for 2-3 minutes, then turns to the opposite side for 2-3 minutes.
EFFECT: decreased drug effect on the maternal and fetal organism, ensured rapid onset of qualitative and prolonged analgesia of the first delivery period.
