FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a perforating blade and a receiver located on the opposite sides of the plastic film in a direction perpendicular to the plastic film, the perforating blade and the receiver being mounted on the frame; a sealing head and a socket located on the opposite sides of the plastic film in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the plastic film, a sealing head and a socket located on different sides of the plastic film opposite each other in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the plastic film, wherein the sealing head and the socket are mounted remotely from the perforating blade and the receiver in a direction parallel to the plastic film, herein the sealing head and the socket are mounted on the frame; a drive of the perforating blade allowing the perforating blade to move toward the plastic film and the receiver at the time of the temporary stopping of the plastic film with its periodic feeding such that the plastic film is located between the perforating blade and the receiver for perforating it with a perforating blade, wherein an opening is formed in the plastic film; a frame drive that moves the frame for a distance equal to the distance between the perforating blade and the sealing head and between the perforating receiver and the sealing socket so that the sealing head and the socket are located at the position where the perforating blade and the receiver are located; an insertion block of the drain nozzle providing the insertion of the drain nozzle into the opening; and a sealing head drive providing the movement of the sealing head towards the drain nozzle, the plastic film and the sealing socket after the insertion of the drain nozzle, so that the drain nozzles and the plastic film are located between the sealing head and the socket for bonding the sealing head.
EFFECT: device performs the formation of an opening, the insertion of a drain nozzle into the opening and the sealing connection of a drain nozzle and a plastic film to each other in the desired position.
