SUBSTANCE: device for the efficient production of plastic bags each of them includes covers, lateral and bottom embedding sections; the device contains the means of formation of covers, the means of formation of the lateral embedding sections, and the means of formation of the bottom embedding sections and the additional mean; at that with the help of the means of formation of the covers two bands of the covers production material are positioned one opposite the other, they are laid on each other and fed lengthwise the device; the lateral embedding sections are formed from the bands of the lateral embedding sections material; with the help of the means of the formation of the lateral embedding sections the sheets of the material of the lateral embedding sections are folded in twain and connected to the bands of the material of the covers and placed between them to the effect that they pass edgeways the bands of the covers material; the lateral embedding sections are reinforced with the sheets of the lateral embedding material; with the help of the means of formation of the bottom embedding section the band of the material of the bottom embedding sections is connected to the bands of the lateral embedding sections material to the effect that it passes lengthwise the bands of the covers material; the bottom embedding section is formed from the bands of the material of the bottom embedding section to the effect that at least one bottom lug stands out from the bottom embedding section; with the help of the additional means the bottom lug is supplied with the aperture for the arm, zip fastener, aperture or the adhesion means.
