SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in Hirschsprung disease simulation. The simulation method includes injection of 1% sodium glutamate solution into the colon wall. The drug is injected into the rat through the anus with an insulin syringe. At that, the injection is carried out in the intestinal mucosa for 1.5 cm, 4 injections are performed on 3, 6, 9 and 12 hours of the conditioned dial with the total volume of the solution administered of 1 ml.
