FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: tension sutures are applied on an anorectal region circumferentially with covering a rectum wall 1.5-2.0 cm above a pectineal line and a perianal skin at 2 cm away from an edge of anus; when knotting, a duplication of an inferior ampullary rectus and perianal skin is created. The mobilised intestine is cut off with an ultrasonic scalpel. A rectoanal or coloanal anastomosis is formed. The tension sutures are removed.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce operative injures and the risk of postoperative development of interior sphincter muscle hypertonus.
