SUBSTANCE: device contains a handle-shaped housing connected to the cleaner by means of a bolt clamping device. The volume of the capacitive chamber is connected with the volume of the cleaner through the holes located in the body and in the fixing bolt, and on the interface between the cleaner and the body, and between the bolt and the cleaner, respectively, there are adjusting washers, the latter of which contains spikes, and the limiting sleeve.
