SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat saving during preparation of food, technology of food preparation, as well as to extension of its storage life in domestic conditions after boiling. Method of heat energy saving during cooking and storage of food products after boiling consists in pouring some amount of water into the volume between two coaxially located pans, and in the central pan we lay brewing product, after sealing of which we put the device on a source generating heat energy after boiling of water and cooking mixture, controlled by intensity of emissions from steam valves, by reducing inflow of boiling heating energy to minimum values of steam emissions after cooking of food product determined by the time of separation from steam valves, switching off heat energy supply with subsequent shutting off of valve outlets. Cooking and storage device for food products includes two coaxially located pans containing along the perimeter a spacer gap with hermetically tightened by means of clamps with a closing cover, working and safety valves. Cover has the possibility of separate sealing of volumes of any of the two pans. Working valve comprises cylindrical housing with holes covered by gate valve, inside of which cylindrical spring-loaded rod with possibility of horizontal movement is located, which holes under pressure coincide with housing holes, and the clamp contains a holder which by means of a screw handle seals the volume of pans with a cover, wherein the holder has the possibility of using a turn axis fixed on the cover, for example, at 90 degrees to the center of the cover.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat energy use for product preparation.
