SUBSTANCE: method of stabilizing the laser radiation frequency involves forming a resonance of the radiation power in the laser cavity, measuring the output power of the laser radiation, modulating the laser cavity by a probe signal proportional to the fluctuations in the laser radiation frequency. Further, the sign of the current radiation power resonance gradient is determined from a signal proportional to the output power of the laser radiation and called a probe signal, on the basis of which a tuning signal is generated. The amplitude of the tuning signal at each tuning step is variable and proportional to the current value of the modulus of the asymmetry coefficient - the standardised third midpoint of the distribution density function of the signal of the laser output emission power. In order to determine the amplitude and sign of the tuning signal, a set of bandpass filters is used.
EFFECT: increasing the stability of the laser radiation frequency by increasing the tuning speed of the resonator at the extremum of the line-frame due to the multichannel tuning circuit.
