FIELD: fibre-optic laser equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fibre-optic laser equipment, and can be used in laser radiation generators for stabilizing radiation power. Focused optical radiation power stabilization system includes a focused optical radiation source, a source wavelength control module, an electrooptic phase modulator for converting optical radiation, resonator formed by two movable mirrors mounted on actuators having different adjustment speeds, automatic frequency control system, which controls the positions of the movable mirrors, based on the error signal, by means of actuators, photosensor inside the resonator, which reads the error signal and transmits it to the automatic frequency control system, system is made with wavelength feedback of the radiation source, using a wavelength control module based on data on signals supplied to actuators, and by the position of the movable mirrors, using an electrooptic phase modulator, a photosensor and a frequency self-tuning system which controls their positions using actuators.
EFFECT: broader capabilities of radiation power stabilization.
