SUBSTANCE: laser incorporating provision for both short- and long-time radiation frequency stabilization has reference laser provided with absorber each of whose cavity mirrors incorporates piezo-corrector; frequency deviation discriminator in the form of interferometer incorporating nonlinear absorber saturating at frequency of mentioned reference laser, each of interferometer mirrors being provided with piezo-corrector; and quantum amplifier, as well as optical circuit for matching cavities of mentioned reference laser and interferometer; optical insulator; first photodetector receiving interferometer radiation; first automatic frequency control means coupled with first photodetector; second photodetector receiving reference laser radiation; second automatic frequency control means coupled with second photodetector and piezo-corrector of reference laser mirror; third automatic frequency control means coupled with first photodetector and piezo-corrector of interferometer cavity mirror, first automatic frequency control means being coupled with second one.
