SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis of the intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus contains a support element made of a material with a shape memory in the form of a rod having a spirally curved middle working part and end fixing pointed legs bent in opposite directions. It further comprises a supporting member for accommodation of a rod of the middle working part of the carrier element, made in the form of a tube or spring, fixing pointed legs are arranged along the spiral axis, the spiral having at least two turns.
EFFECT: reduced probability of complications when using an implant for dynamic stabilization of the problematic vertebral-motor segment.
