FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis has two axially symmetrical plates and disk of alloplastic material located between said plates. Plates are made concave in their central portion and have annular guiding projection for joining to disk and protruding retainers arranged on side opposite to concave surface. Retainers are made integral with plates and are made spear-shaped. Alloplastic material for disk is material with increased damping properties, such as silicone rubber. Endoprosthesis of such construction may be used for treating lumbar region of spine with the use of implants, in particular, for treating of osteochondrosis, injured disk and disk hernia. EFFECT: provision for reliable fixation of endoprosthesis to vertebrae bodies, reduced traumatism during mounting thereof, reliable dynamic attachment of adjacent vertebrae to one another and provision for stable vertebra segment. 2 cl, 1 dwg
