SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a semi-finished product with a honeycomb core for manufacturing a multi-layer part includes: providing a honeycomb core, wetting the honeycomb core in the honeycomb core walls deformation zone, wrinkling the honeycomb core in the deformation zone, wherein wetting the honeycomb core is performed by dipping it into a container filled with a liquid, the deformation zone being located in the end area of the honeycomb core walls.
EFFECT: creating a semi-finished product having less or no core imprints on the surface for use as a part of a power-driven vehicle.
