FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of structural materials and relates to the honeycomb base arrangement for the multilayer part used as the body part in the automotive industry. Assembly includes at least two cellular bases and a connecting layer arranged between honeycomb bases. Connecting layer is made gas-permeable and has adhesive for gluing with honeycomb bases only in the area of bridges of cellular bases, and at least on one of cellular bases ends of crosspieces facing from connecting layer, at least in separate zones subjected to collapse, and preferably ends of straps facing the connection layer, in the same zones are subjected to less crumple, primarily not subjected to collapse.

EFFECT: invention provides for creation of a honeycomb core assembly, which reproduces three-dimensional structures and can also be subjected to further flexible processing.
