FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: tank cassette overcase contains body with trajectory fuze placed in it with pyrotechnic channel, propulsive primer charge, on the axial rod-pusher and a set of fragmentation submissiles. Fragmentary submissiles are made spherical or close to it. They are provided with flat end areas on their outer surface and contact each other with said areas. The set of fragmentation submissiles of the shell contains central, intermediate and radial fragmentation submissiles having different diameters. Axial rod-pusher is made of a central fragmentation submissiles, fastened together with flat end areas using discontinuous fasteners so that the said submissiles form a cylinder with profiled surface, mostly consisting of repeated monotonously spherical surfaces of the central fragmentation elements. Fragmentation elements that form the main charge of the shell are located in the shell in the form of several autonomous modules. Each autonomous module consists of one central fragmentation element and several radial fragmentation elements, evenly distributed around it. Central and radial fragmentation submissiles are fastened together by means of fastening explosive pyrotechnic elements. Between the autonomous modules intermediate fragmentation elements are located.

EFFECT: increase the effectiveness of shell by performing an axial rod-pusher from the fragmentation submissiles.
