FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: proposed round comprises trajectory fuse with pyrotechnic channel, burster powder charge, axial bar, blade fin and set of spherical fragmenting elements or those with shape approximating to spherical shape and representing a case with explosive charge and impact fuse. Round has caseless design. Note here that fragmenting elements feature diametre equal to round caliber and are jointed together by axial bar that passes through their axial channels.
EFFECT: higher round lethality.
