SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes versions of the oral cavity cleaning device, belongs to the field of medical equipment and is intended for oral cavity hygiene. The oral cavity cleaning device comprises a tip adapted to guide a plurality of liquid droplets; an actuating mechanism; a mode selection device; a reservoir for liquid; a system configured to move the piston or pusher element towards the proximal end of the tip to create an aerosol of liquid droplets when the air contacts the liquid; a control unit configured to control the system for piston movement for a predetermined number of times in response to a single operation of the actuating mechanism. During operation, the liquid moves from the reservoir into the opening at the proximal end of the tip. The control unit is further configured to receive input from the user through the mode selection device. The mode selection device is configured to allow the user to select a desired number of liquid discharges in response to a single operation of the actuating mechanism.
