FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes nozzle options for cleaning tool and cleaning tool, relates to medical equipment and is intended for use in oral hygiene. Nozzle for an oral cleaning device comprises a proximal end, a distal end and at least one structure located on the inner portion of the channel between the inlet and the outlet. Proximal end has an inlet, and the distal end has an outlet hole, wherein the outlet opening is in fluid communication with the inlet through a channel. One structure is configured to break a liquid droplet moving on the nozzle into two or more smaller drops of liquid. At least one structure is additionally configured to recapture the residual liquid remaining in the nozzle and to form at least one liquid drop from the recaptured residual liquid. Structures are configured to interact with different liquids in different ways. Oral cleaning device contains a nozzle, a reservoir for liquid and a mechanical gear system. Nozzle is configured to direct fluid droplets from inlet opening at proximal end through channel to outlet at its distal end. Mechanical gear system with spring drive is made with possibility to actuate plunger towards proximal end of nozzle with force, sufficient to ensure that the air on which the plunger acts is forced into the nozzle at a high rate sufficient to create ejection of liquid drops when the moving air comes in contact with the liquid. Actuator to actuate the control unit is configured to control the mechanical toothed system with a spring drive for actuation of the plunger.
EFFECT: inventions allow repeated intake of residual liquid from the nozzle and give shape of one or several drops of liquid to repeatedly captured liquid.
