SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for use at home when collecting saliva samples from the oral cavity for analysis. A device containing a mouthpiece is used, with the possibility of placing it in the oral cavity of a mammal. Moreover, the mouthpiece contains a chamber formed by the front and rear inner walls and the inner wall of the mouthpiece base. In this case, each of the front and rear inner walls of the chamber contains holes, as well as a switch located in the mouthpiece. The device further comprises a reservoir for collecting saliva, a reservoir for supplying fluid, a pump, and means for directing fluid through the said device. A switch located in the mouthpiece is actuated to pump saliva from the oral cavity into a saliva collection reservoir; deactivating the pumping of saliva into the saliva collection reservoir and then pumping fluid from the fluid supply reservoir into the mouthpiece for cleaning the oral cavity.

EFFECT: inventions allow to perform uniform collection of saliva for repeated analysis, while providing controlled collection of samples in the oral cavity.
