FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a decorative wall or floor panel includes the stages of preparing a loose base material, in particular a granulate; arranging the base material between two belt conveyors; forming the base material under the effect of temperature to form a strip base; pressing the base; treating the base under the effect of temperature and pressure using a two-belt press; cooling the base; if necessary, applying a decorative primer to at least one part of the base; applying a decor imitating an original pattern to at least one part of the base; applying a protective layer to at least one part of the decor; if necessary, structuring the protective layer for introducing pores and/or structuring the edge area of the base to form connecting elements, and, if necessary, to treat the base for removing electrostatic charges before one of said production stages. The base at the production stage is compressed with a compression ratio of ≤7%, preferably ≤5%.
EFFECT: development of an improved method for producing decorative wall or floor panels.
