A multi-layer plastic material has a set of N sequences of layers of A-B-A type. A layer A has the first thermoplastics, and a layer B has the second thermoplastics, and the first thermoplastic is a primary plastic and the second thermoplastic is a recycled plastic. N is 250≥N≥2, preferably 200≥N≥3, preferably 125≥N≥4, most preferably 100≥N≥5.

EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a decorative wall, ceiling or floor panel with improved resistance to humidity, in particular with reduced swelling due to moisture or heat, as well as with good mechanical properties and improved workability.
