FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: heat treatment method of product from pseudo-β titanium alloys includes heating of the hardened and deformed product, its holding and cooling. The heating of the product is carried out upto the temperature of (0.4-0.45) tcm, where tcm°C is the alloy aging temperature, it is hold for 10-15 minutes, and the cooling is carried out upto the temperature of -10°C at simultaneous action of the gas flow and the acoustic field of the sound frequency range with the sound pressure level in the range 140-160 dB for 10 minutes.
EFFECT: intragranular structure is formed with dislocations alignment in the form of the ordered formations, as the result of which the internal microstresses are decreased at the phase interfaces, the values of the elastic and yield strength are increased, the plasticity is increased.
