FIELD: material processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for thermal deformation processing of a blank made of heat-resistant bronze BrNHK 2.5-0.7-0.6. The method includes heating to a temperature of 150-170°C, exposure for 10 minutes and aerothermoacoustic treatment by cooling the workpiece in the resonator of a gas jet sound generator while simultaneously exposing the gas flow and the acoustic field of the sound frequency range with a sound pressure level within 140-160 dB for 10-12 minutes, followed by aging at a temperature of 440°C, with an exposure of 2.5 hours, with air cooling. After aerothermoacoustic treatment, before aging, the workpiece is subjected to cold plastic deformation with a degree of E=30%.
EFFECT: grinding of the grain of the solid solution and the hardening phases of the workpiece to increase the strength and elasticity characteristics of bronze.
