SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for natural killer cells (NK cells) activity measurement comprising stimulation of NK cells in a whole blood sample by whole blood sample incubation with a means comprising at least one stimulating cytokine selected from the group consisting of interleukin 2, interleukin 15 and interleukin 18, and measurement of the amount of cytokines secreted by the NK cells secreted in the whole blood sample. The group of inventions also concerns a kit for natural killer cells activity measurement.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides greater accuracy in natural killer cells activity measurement compared to natural killer cells activity measurement using PBMC.
