FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting an antitumour effect comprising an effective number of human T-cell populations, where human T-cells include an isolated nucleotide sequence comprising a nucleotide sequence coding a modified protein of programmed death of cell 1 (PD-1) and a nucleotide sequence encoding a chimeric antigenic receptor (CAR), wherein the modified PD-1 and CAR are expressed in the form of gene products which are separate polypeptides, and wherein the modified PD-1 is a dominant-negative PD-1. Group of inventions also relates to a method for reducing the inhibitory effect of PD-L1 on human T-cells, involving administering a first nucleotide sequence and a second nucleotide sequence into human T-cells. Where the first nucleotide sequence encodes modified PD-1, which is dominant-negative PD-1, and the second nucleotide sequence encodes CAR.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reducing inhibitory effect of PD-L1 on T-cells.
