FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: inertia piezoelectric motor includes a base, a carriage, a support pressed against a friction surface of the carriage or base, a piezoelectric element resiliently pressed between the support and the base or the support and the carriage, respectively, by means of a clamping element made so, that the value of the clamping force developed thereby exceeds the value of the rest maximum friction force between the support and the friction surface. Significant reduction of the piezoelectric element dimensions provides sliding of the support relative to this surface. The support consists of two parts, one of which is in contact with the clamping element, and the other one with the friction surface of the carriage or the base. Between support parts there is engageable or friction coupling preventing their relative displacement. A part of the support contacting with friction surface is made in form of end part of the piezoelectric element.
EFFECT: increased service life and improved working parameters under high temperature and radiation conditions.
