FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: cantilever is connected to a probing needle, which vertex is fixed in one of cone-shaped nanopores of a glass sphere comprising an ordered array of different cone-shaped nanopores distributed over its surface and filled with corresponding quantum dots with different discrete radiation spectra and non-radiative spheres, with the help of a pattern of combined diameters that is used to program total spectral portrait of radiation.

EFFECT: simultaneous combination of electromagnetic multi-wave and programmable radiation spectrum of action with measurement of mechanical response to this stimulating effect in one common point of object surface under study without affecting adjacent sections.
