SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, the cantilever is connected to an electrically conductive probing needle, the vertex of which is threaded into a single through nanopore with tapered glass sphere inputs containing a uniform array of diameter-ordered through nanopores with tapered inputs filled with nonradiative and radiative quantum dots of the core-sheath with calibrated fluorescence time intervals with various discrete emission spectra and various emission time intervals, by a combination of which a general packet of spectral radiation portraits and their sequence are programmed.

EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous combination of electromagnetic multiwave exposure with programmable dynamics of changes in radiation spectra with measurement of electrical signal characteristics of this stimulating effect at one common point on the diagnosis object surface without affecting adjacent areas.
