SUBSTANCE: non-contact electric power transmission device (10) includes an electronic control unit (250) adapted to perform: i) the first control for bringing transmitted electric power to target electric power by adjusting the output voltage mode of the inverter (220), ii) the second control for controlling switching current representing output current of the inverter (220) by adjusting the driving frequency, wherein output current is output current at the time when output voltage increases, and iii) adjusting the mode and the reference frequency such that current supplied from the inverter 220 to the electric power transmission unit 240 decreases in a range where switching current is equal to or less than the limit value, while the first control is carried out.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency with non-contact power transmission.
