FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains a frame designed as an upper platform for installation vibration isolated object and a lower base for arranging of stroke limiters of the unit of disk-shaped elastic elements. An adjustment plate is fixed to the upper platform by means of fastening elements. The elastic elements connect the upper platform to the lower base, on which a baffle plate is placed. The base of the frame vibration isolator in the place of contact with disk-shaped elastic elements is coated with a frictional material. The unit of disk-shaped elastic elements consists of four belleville springs of various height and angle of inclination to the vibration isolator axle. The belleville washers through spacer rings are placed on the vibration isolator axle and fixed with the help threaded chank and nut. Each of belleville washers has in a base a horizontal ring deflanging, resting on the lower base. The vibration isolator axle is rigidly connected to the upper platform of the frame. The spacer rings are made of a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane. The ring deflangings on the side contacting with the base are coated with a layer of sintered copper-based friction material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
