SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of human operator protection against the vibration harmful effects, and can be used in various kinds of machines and mechanisms, in particular, in the machine-tool industry, in the textile and consumer goods industry, in agriculture, in instrument-making, in transport machine building. Disc vibration isolator contains platform, base, disc elastic elements, frame in the form of upper platform with the alignment plate for the vibration-insulated object installation, which is attached to the vibration isolator frame upper platform by means of fasteners, and the lower base for the disc elastic element assembly travel stops positioning, which connect the upper platform to the having the buffer type baffle vibration isolator lower base. In the part of contact with the disk elastic elements the vibration isolator frame base is covered with the frictional material for vibrations dampening. Disc elastic element assembly consists of at least four disc springs of different heights and different inclination angles to the vibration isolator frame axis with threaded shank and nut, on which the disk springs are fixed through the spacer rings. In the base, each of disc washers has the horizontal annular beading, resting on the lower base. Vibration isolator axis is rigidly connected to the frame upper platform. Located on the rigidly connected to the frame upper platform axis spacer rings, which fixing the disk springs on the rod, are made of vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane. On the contacting with the base side, the disk springs annular flanges are covered with the friction material layer. As the friction material, the copper based sintered friction material is used, which contains zinc, iron, lead, graphite, vermiculite, copper, chromium, antimony and silicon.

EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation efficiency in resonance mode.
