FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multi-layer cardboard having at least one middle layer formed from such a fibrous web, as well as to the use of a thermosensitive surfactant in the mentioned methods and products. According to the method of microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) and a hydrophobically dressed agent, a foam with water and a thermosensitive surfactant are obtained. The foam is fed to the forming fabric of the papermaking or cardboard machine, dehydrated by sucking air through the forming fabric and dried to form a web of paper or cardboard. In order to prevent gradual degradation of the hydrophobically dressed agent, the hydrophilic functionality of the surfactant is eliminated by heating.
EFFECT: inclusion of pulp with fibres longer than fibers of MFC provides high bulk, combined with a high value of ply bond by Scott, providing improved tensile strength in dry and wet state for paper and cardboard products.
