FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration insulator comprises a base, a lid and a resilient element located between them. The base is made in the form of a plate with mounting holes. The support element is fixed to the plate through an intermediate vibro-damping element made of polyurethane. The resilient element consists of a cylindrical meshy resilient-damping element, enclosed by a cylindrical coil spring. The meshy element is supported by the lower part on the support element of the base, and the upper element is fixed on the lid. The spring rests against the base, covering its support element, and is fixed on the lid. The meshy element consists of a meshy frame filled with polyurethane. The spring comprises a casing made from a spiral hollow resilient steel tube, coated with polyurethane. An additional resilient steel tube is installed inside the casing coaxially with a gap. A friction element, having higher thermal expansion coefficient as compared to steel, is placed in the gap between the tubes. The surfaces of the casing and the additional resilient steel tube touch the surfaces of the friction element. A screw solid resilient pin is set coaxially to the casing. The friction element is in the form of a granular backfill made of sintered copper-based friction material.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
