FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator comprises the base, the cover and the elastic element, which is located between them. Base is made in the form of a plate with fastening openings, on which the supporting element is fixed through the intermediate vibration damping element made of polyurethane. Elastic element consists of the spring damper of dry friction, which is covered by the cylindrical helical spring, which is covered with polyurethane. Spring damper contains the lower and upper support plates. Between the plates coaxially and concentric the external with right and internal with left angles of turns rise springs are installed. Between the upper support plate and the top flange of the internal spring a dry friction damper is installed. Damper consists of two contacting cylindrical discs. On facing each other surfaces of discs the concentric diametric grooves and inserted in them shoulders are made. Cylindrical spring comprises the body, which is made of a helical hollow elastic steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed inside the casing coaxially with a gap. In the gaps between the tubes there is a friction element. Coaxial to the body the helical solid elastic rod is arranged.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
