FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator contains a frame made in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, resting against the elastic elements upper covers, respectively. Horizontal plates are rigidly connected to the vertical plates, which in the frame lower part are connected together by the base plate. Platform for the vibration-insulated object is installed onto the base plate through the vibration damping gasket and vertical post. Left elastic element is made in the form of washer mesh damper. By the lower part the damper main mesh elastic element rests on the base and is fixed by the bottom washer, and by the upper part is fixed by the upper pressure washer. Lower plate is connected to the base, made in the form of plate with mounting holes. Upper pressure plate is connected to the centrally located piston, covered with a gap by the connected to the base coaxially located sleeve. Between the piston lower end and the sleeve bottom the elastic element is located. Right elastic element is made in the form of vibration damping spring comprising body made of helical hollow elastic steel tube. Inside the body the additional elastic steel tube is located with the gap. In the gaps between the tubes the polyethylene friction element is located. Coaxial to the body the helical solid elastic rod is arranged.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency at resonance.
