SUBSTANCE: accelerating device comprises a housing, a power storage device, a gripper and a deflector. The power storage device is fixed to the housing by the first end. The gripper is located on the housing with an ability to move and made with a possibility of prestressing using the power storage device. The deflector is mounted on the housing. Using the deflector, the power storage device is connected to the gripper. The deflector is connected to a mechanical locking device, which makes it possible to lock the power storage device during stress in at least one intermediate position between the minimum stressed position and the maximum stressed position. The gripper is lockable in the first end position in which the gripper enters the curved end portion of the first guide and engages with the carriage, and when the gripper is in the first end position, the power storage device has a maximum stress.
